The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Theme parks, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes.

The villa has an idealistic south facing pool and spa for all day sunshine.

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted 5 acre views.

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dishwasher powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair, buggy/stroller and a pool safety fence.

For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation and videos/DVD's. For the older children and the adults there is a fully equipped games room.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 2 minutes away which is beside a drug store (Wal-greens).

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
